A very appropriate color for this bollard, it is at the entrance to a fire extinguisher company. This is on Grote Street.

I probably walked past this great looking marine bollard many times but it was hidden by an events tent or the picnic bench. This is on the Central Wharf.

How about a couple of huge indoor bollards today, these are in a parking garage and protect the incoming traffic from a turning lane. These are about 4 feet high and have steel loop on top for easy moving by a high lift. There are also some standard pipe bollards on the island behind them that protect the ticket and arm apparatus. This is the Adams Ramp on Washington St.

I am just going to title this The Lions Of Lincoln, These are very prominent features at a couple of very large properties on Lincoln Parkway

With the onset of winter it is just about time for the New York Power Authority to begin installing the boom across the mouth of the Niagara River in Lake Erie. This prevents the ice from going down river and creating a jam at the water intakes for the Power Project. The boom is stored on property by the Buffalo River, the tugs pull the boom sections down river and connect them together in the lake.

These are really not bollards in the true sense but they do function as good looking lights along a pathway at Roswell Park on Virginia St.

This combination bollard/light is in a nice little pocket park on Swan and Pearl Streets.
