Welcome to my Bollards of Buffalo Blog.
Bollards come in many shapes and sizes and are used in many different locations to control the flow of traffic, protect buildings and other structures, they are also used in harbors to tie up marine vessels.
I will be posting on a regular basis but not every day. I will be searching out all areas of Buffalo in the coming days. I will also post photos that are not Bollards but will be historic or interesting. I hope you will enjoy the Blog.

No bollards today today just a boat. This is the American Mariner an almost 800ft long lake freighter. Here it is self unloading grain to the Frontier Elevators at General Mills on the City Ship Canal.
