At first glance this might be a strange looking picture. This is an old foundation for the Delaware Lackawanna and Western Railroad (DL&W). When the railroad ceased to exist it freed up a lot of land, this building was built on the right of way. So they incorporated the foundation right into the structure. This building is still involved with transportation, it is a cartage and customs house. This is located on Moore St.
