This is almost an exact replica of a bollard I posted about earlier on Bidwell Pkwy. This is from 1938, the other post was from 1950 so I guess the other post was a replica of this one. Well anyway both were on corners set back so I am guessing they are property line posts and not bollards in a true sense. This is on the corner of Lexington and Richmond.
