Welcome to my Bollards of Buffalo Blog.
Bollards come in many shapes and sizes and are used in many different locations to control the flow of traffic, protect buildings and other structures, they are also used in harbors to tie up marine vessels.
I will be posting on a regular basis but not every day. I will be searching out all areas of Buffalo in the coming days. I will also post photos that are not Bollards but will be historic or interesting. I hope you will enjoy the Blog.

When the Michigan St. bridge was reconstructed they added a nice pathway along the base of the bridge that connects Exchange St. and the foot of Carroll St. They stamped a nice looking Buffalo into the abutment.
