Not the best quality picture but I am posting it because of the story behind it. This is a skydiver landing in Delaware Park as part of the commemoration of the War of 1812. Skydivers landed with Canadian and American flags near the spot where 300 soldiers are buried. Most died after a harsh winter and lack of provisions. They were from the Flint Hill Encampment not far from the meadow used as a final resting place.
