These are the Mother of all bollards, these are big, very big. They are 5 feet high and 5 feet across at the base.  They are placed at a turn around next to Father Conway park in the Ohio basin area of the First Ward. These have to weigh a few tons a piece. These are used to weigh down buoy's in marine channels.
