Here is a huge bumping post. This is in area on the edge of downtown that was a railroad corridor in the 1800's up until the 1950's. Most of the rails are long gone replaced by the NYS Thruway. This is on Seneca St. The area between Seneca and Exchange is now filled with a host of manufacturing and modern warehousing along with newly refurbished multi-use buildings.
