Just a little off the topic of bollards but an interesting place. This is the home of the Lower Lakes Historical Museum. It is located at Franklin and Swan but it's address is 66 Erie St. It is located in a old Ship Chandlery business. They sold sails, ropes and other supplies to the shipping industry. The anchor  is in front of the building, there was no indication from where it came from.
